Upstairs at the Boathouse
Located above The Boathouse, our private party room offers stunning views across Christchurch Quay. This exclusive space features its own dedicated access, bar and toilet facilities with Bi-folding balcony doors opening up to the scenic Quay surroundings.
Packages
Our packages start from £30 per person for Prosecco Afternoon tea or Prosecco Tapas & Pizza. Our packages can be tailored to suit your specific event needs.
A discretionary service charge: 12.5% will be added to final balance payment prior to the booking date & a £250 non-refundable deposit to secure your date.
Capacity
Our function room accommodate up to 65 guests. Packages are based on a minimum of 20 guests.
Timings & Access
Daytime- room hire: 12pm – 5pm
Evening- room hire:- 7 – 11:45pm
Access is via a private staircase, sadly there is no wheelchair access.
Music & Decorations
You are welcome to arrange your own music, whether it’s a DJ, live musician, or a curated playlist. Please ensure that all external music providers are coordinated with our events team. You may decorate the room with balloons, bunting, and other decorations.
Access to balcony must close at 10pm.
